Shipping policy
We use priority shipping couriers, for all orders, who prefer an actual street address rather than Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes please.
(If you prefer to use a PO Box, an additional $10 Shipping will be charged. Please reach out to organise this.)
In general, we only send parcels on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Shipping is free for orders over $150 and $20 for orders under that. Public Holidays will affect shipping days.
All orders are carefully prepared and packed on the day that we ship them to you. All orders are shipped as soon as possible. The cut-off for orders is Wednesday 8am for NSW, ACT, Vic and Qld and 7:30am in SA. In most cases, orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. I’m happy for you to email if you want to rush or slow down an order and I'll help if possible. Of course, this is subject to change occasionally.

All items purchased with Nest Box Online are aimed to be despatched within 5 days. All of our items are shipped via registered courier and where possible, we will provide tracking information for customers to monitor their delivery.
While we aim to ensure proper packaging for shipping, if there is damage to your items, please contact us immediately at contact@nestboxonline.com.au so we can assist.
In the event that items purchased cannot be shipped, we will contact you and aim to communicate this and make necessary adjustments to your order.
Our items are shipped via StarTrack or Direct Freight, whilst we can try to pass on and accommodate for Special Delivery Requirements for customers, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed upon delivery.
